Part of the Ready by 21 initiatiave is the Steering Group on Children and Youth, formed in 2010, as a "coalition of coalitions" working to improve outcomes for children and youth.  The Lead Coalition or Agency is the group that has said they would "take on" analyzing data, organizing partners, and developing strategies to improve the listed indcators.   View the online dashboard here.
